Short Term Rental Agreement

Please submit this completed form (once rental is confirmed) to the address at the top of the form along with the $500 refundable deposit, which is needed to hold your reservation. Retain a copy of the rental agreement for your records. Please remember that your full rental amount is due 1 week (5 business days) before your event.

Long Term Rental Agreement

Rules and Regulations

Please read carefully. The three main rules to keep in mind are that smoking is not permitted in the facility, no helium balloons are permitted and no open flames are allowed. Candles with glass shields like a hurricane lamp are permitted.

Exit Checklist

Retain for whoever is going to be responsible for the clean-up of the facility after your event. They MUST complete this form and leave it in the hall.
